HOLLYWOOD (Perfect Music Today) 9/28/19/–I drove to Cash’s hotel and it was a mad dash to various cars. “You go with him, you go with him, ah…Johnny you go with Jimmy.”
So Johnny Cash was my very first passenger in my brand new Mazda RX7. As Johnny climbed in he said, “Man this is smaller than June’s Ferrari.”
The photo shoot was next to Fort Snelling in St. Paul, Minnesota. I told Johnny I had camped out at the Fort many years before at a huge Boy Scout event. We spent the rest of the photo shoot talking about Scouting.
